These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TeamUp application and services (the "Service") provided by Jeremy Webb ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not intended for children under 13, and they may not create accounts. By adding information about a player or other person, you represent that you have the authority and any required consent to do so.
2. The Service
TeamUp provides tools for managing youth-sports teams, including rosters, scheduling, messaging, polls, announcements, documents, and payment requests. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating laws or others' rights; uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; harassing others; attempting to access data you are not authorized to access; or interfering with the Service's operation or security.
5. Content & team data
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you and your team members submit.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store (and/or Google Play) and managed via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your store account, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (e.g., Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may request account deletion at support@teamupapp.io.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
